Fall Fest has something for everyone—from inflatables to coffee carts. For those bringing children, we hope the experience creates positive memories and friendships for even the youngest in your group.

As the Bible tells us, what our kids learn now will make a great impact on their future:

Teach children how they should live, and they will remember it all their life.
Proverbs 22:6 GNT

Fall Fest is a great opportunity to inspire our kids about the joy, hope, and love that come from God.

Here are a few things that will set our kids up for a fun experience they will remember all their life!

1. Children’s Ministry for 1-4 year olds

During service, we offer children’s ministry classes for kids between the ages of 1-4. These classes are a fun way for kids to learn about God in an age-appropriate way while also having fun with friends.

Classes will open for check-in at 10:30 am on Sunday.

If you are dropping your child off in class, please send them with a nut-free snack.

See the map above for the location of your child’s class!

2. Spiritual Resource Ministry for kids 1+

It’s important to us that our event is accessible to all. We provide a Spiritual Resource Ministry class during the church service for kids who need a sensory-friendly experience. Volunteers in this class are trained to work with children with special needs so that the kids have a fun and faith-building experience.

Please pack nut-free snacks for your child if you plan to drop them off at Spiritual Resource Ministry class.

3. Helpful items for kids in service

For kids who are staying with you during the church service, we recommend bringing a few things to make the experience enjoyable for them (and you!):

  • Quiet activities they enjoy (coloring books, play-doh, etc.).
  • Headphones. The volume can be loud in the amphitheater while the band plays, and many children find headphones helpful.
  • Plenty of snacks and water.

4. Suggested seating areas

We know it takes a lot of planning to get a family to an event like Fall Fest (Snacks! Activities! Water bottle!), so we hope to make things a little easier by providing suggested seating areas in the amphitheater. We hope this facilitates connections with friends from your local area who are in the same life stage.

Our Fall Fest map shows seating areas that we recommend for families whose kids are middle-school-age and younger:

  • Section 101 (Purple) – Families and middle school students from the West Bay (Peninsula, San Francisco, and the South Bay).
  • Section 103 (Dark blue) – Families and middle school students from the East Bay.

5. Kids’ activities after service

We have lots of activities for kids to enjoy after the service ends, and here are a few favorites:

  • Inflatables: Visit our Pumpkin Patch for a range of inflatables that kids love.
  • Train ride: Hop on our train at the station in the Fall Festival area.
  • Kids’ hay maze: Stop by the hay maze for kids in the Pumpkin Patch.
  • Pumpkin decorating – For a quieter activity, stop by the pumpkin decorating booth to do some arts and crafts.

6. Coffee, coffee, coffee!

This one’s for you, parents! We are excited this year to offer specialty coffee drinks for purchase before AND after service! So if you need a pick-me-up, stop by Tono Coffee Project or  Baby O’s Donuts for a specialty drink and tasty treat.

And that’s it! We hope this guide helps you plan your day and set your family up for success!

We look forward to seeing you at Fall Fest!

Best,

BACC Staff
