Our 2013 Toy Drive was a huge success! Thanks again to everyone who participated by donating toys and gift cards for the children in foster care! And thanks as well to XCED and all the high school students who volunteered to make the toy drive possible!
1,200 toys were collected, in addition to $4,400 of gift cards!
We were able to donate to the following organizations:
- A Better Way
- Ala Costa Centers
- Sleep Train
- Sunnyvale Community Center
- Bill Williamson Center
- UACF
- Horizons Unlimited
- UCSF
- CPMC
- Bananas Inc and Parents Voices Oakland
- Oaks Center
The representatives at our Holiday Celebration from each organization couldn’t stop thanking us for our incredible generosity and were blown away by our service. Their organizations represent over 10,000 foster kids.
Thanks so much for all your support! God certainly moves when we decide to give back.
