We all have pride, whether it is a small amount or big, pride is there. These scriptures will help you understand how pride affects others and how pride affects your own life. Humility will always have a positive impact on our relationships. Humility can positively impact anything we want to accomplish.

2 Chronicles 32:24-26 (NLT)
About that time Hezekiah became deathly ill. He prayed to the Lord, who healed him and gave him a miraculous sign. 25 But Hezekiah did not respond appropriately to the kindness shown him, and he became proud. So the Lord’s anger came against him and against Judah and Jerusalem. 26 Then Hezekiah humbled himself and repented of his pride, as did the people of Jerusalem. So the Lord’s anger did not fall on them during Hezekiah’s lifetime.

Job 35:12 (NLT)
And when they cry out, God does not answer because of their pride.

Proverbs 13:10 (NLT)
Pride leads to conflict; those who take advice are wise.

Proverbs 11:2 (NLT)
Pride leads to disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.

2 Chronicles 26:15-16 (NLT)
15 And he built structures on the walls of Jerusalem, designed by experts to protect those who shot arrows and hurled large stones from the towers and the corners of the wall. His fame spread far and wide, for the Lord gave him marvelous help, and he became very powerful.16 But when he had become powerful, he also became proud, which led to his downfall. He sinned against the Lord his God by entering the sanctuary of the Lord’s Temple and personally burning incense on the incense altar.
