The Bible teaches us that as a dad, God desires to be close to us no matter our mistakes (Luke 15:11-32), gives us great gifts in our lives (Ephesians 1:3), and is there for those of us in a special way who never knew our dads or have been distant from them (Psalm 68:5).
The Bible also gives us many examples of how we can both grow as fathers, and grow in loving our own dads.
