With more than twenty years of leadership experience across the Peninsula and South Bay, she also works alongside her husband, Brian, to lead the BACC’s West Bay middle school and high school ministries, directing regional programs that serve hundreds of students and families annually.
Rosalind’s leadership is built on a foundation of elite academic and professional achievement. She graduated from Stanford University with honors, earning a BA in Public Policy and an MA in Sociology. Her time at Stanford was characterized by a drive to address systemic inequalities, ranging from hosting a college workshop for Upward Bound to tutoring at Eastside College Preparatory School. This hands-on experience in policy and social dynamics led to an internship in the White House Legal Counsel’s Office and a role on a national presidential campaign. These high-stakes environments provided her with a masterclass in organizational strategy, advocacy, and large-scale coordination—skills she now leverages to drive spiritual and social impact in the Bay Area.
Since joining the BACC ministry staff in 2003, Rosalind has applied her advocacy background to the spiritual formation of the next generation. She has led teen, college, and professionals ministries, and for over a decade, has directed the church’s annual youth camps. She has helped generation after generation of young leaders discover their God’s vision and purpose for their lives.
A tireless advocate for neurodiversity, Rosalind spent five years as a lead coach for E-Soccer and contributed to the operations of an inclusive school in Palo Alto. By integrating her background in public policy with her heart for the underserved, Rosalind has become a vital voice for inclusion, proving that true community leadership is defined by a passionate commitment to belonging for all.
