Michele’s leadership is marked by a history of professional distinction and a passion for making a difference. After graduating from California State University, Chico with a degree in business, she began her career at Oracle, where she was a business manager in direct marketing. Her performance in the high-stakes tech industry earned her an excellence award—a testament to her resilience and impact. This background provided her with a strong skill set in organizational growth and professional communication, which she now translates into her ministry, equipping women leaders to navigate their faith and build their lives with vision.
With thirty years of women’s ministry experience, Michele is known for her compassionate desire to build genuine connection for people. During the pandemic, her commitment to her neighbors in Dublin was so impactful that she received the “everyday hero” award for creating “porch parties” and socially-distanced holiday celebrations that fostered resilience during a time of global crisis. This heart for people also drives her leadership of the BACC professionals’ ministry. Having served across San Francisco, Palo Alto, and the Tri-Valley area, Michele specializes in creating spaces where singles can bridge the gap between high-speed Bay Area careers and meaningful social impact.
As BACC’s special events coordinator, Michele combines her professional marketing and management background with her deep care for the community to produce large-scale, innovative services that have garnered regional media attention. Under her direction, BACC’s annual initiatives like Trunk or Treat and the Easter Egg Hunt have been featured on ABC and Fox News Bay Area for their pioneering approach to disability inclusion. For Michele, these events are a manifestation of her belief that a spiritual community should be a source of joy and belonging for the entire neighborhood, regardless of religious affiliation.
