About Amy

Her husband, Ray, is the West Bay lead minister, and together they form a co-leadership team with Sam and Tenea Manuel to manage the day-to-day ministry and decisions across all BACC campuses. She and Ray also provide direct leadership for the BACC’s campus in San Francisco.

Amy leads the planning and execution of annual women’s events that draw thousands of attendees, creating environments that foster meaningful connection, personal growth, and leadership development. She also directs our West Bay Women’s summer internship program, equipping college students with spiritual formation and practical leadership skills that support both their professional aspirations and personal development.

As a graduate of the University of San Francisco McLaren College of Business, Amy has deep roots in the city and a passion for using her leadership skills to make a difference. Her passion for neurodiversity led her to co-found E-Hoops SF, a premier inclusive sports program that bridges social gaps between children of all abilities. Through strategic partnerships with the University of San Francisco, the Golden State Warriors, the Golden State Valkyries, and more, Amy transforms her deep roots in San Francisco into a vision for a more compassionate, inclusive society where every family—regardless of background or needs—belongs.

Amy and Ray have a young adult daughter and a teenage son and live in San Francisco.
