Do I Understand Forgiveness

Truly understanding forgiveness is one of the most important parts of having a powerful relationship with God. Self-reliance, pride and deceit are all signs we don’t have a good understanding of forgiveness.

Without forgiveness our relationship with God will become empty as we strive to find security in our own abilities and the approval of people around us. Is God’s forgiveness powerful and personal to you every day? Understanding how forgiveness works is the only sustainable motivation for us to be close to God and love other people.
