PayPal Giving Fund Troubleshooting Guide

Having Trouble with giving through the PayPal Giving Fund? Here are some simple fixes you can try.

1. Send your donation with a PC or Mac

The majority of issues arise using the PayPal mobile app. If you are able, try to send your donation using a PC or Mac.

Here is how you can send your donation using a PC or Mac:

1. From a PC or Mac, open a web browser, like Chrome, Safari, or Edge
2. Visit bacc.cc/give
3. Tap “Give now” under the PayPal section
4. Tap “Visit website” under the PayPal Giving Fund page section
5. Follow the prompts to log in and donate

2. Log out then log back In

The main issue with giving through the PayPal app is with the session token being expired. If you log out, then log back in, your session token will be refreshed.

Here is how you can you can refresh your session token:

1. Open the PayPal mobile app
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Log out”
4. Tap Log in option
5. Try to send your donation again using the follow link

3. Turn off Extend Your Login Session feature

The PayPal mobile app has a feature to extend your login session which does not seem to be compatible with the PayPal Giving Fund currently. Until this feature is fixed, you can turn it off which will solve the issue in sending your donation.

Here is how you can turn of the Extend Your Login Session feature:

1. Open the PayPal mobile app
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
3. Tap “Login and security”
4. Turn off “Extend your login session”
5. Close the app
6. Send your donation again using the following link
