Discover friendships, discover faith.
We call our youth ministry the “Y” ministry because we focus on teaching our youth the reason why we do everything we do, not just going along with traditions or rules. We want our Y-ministry to experience God for themselves, not getting caught up in behavior and traditions but truly understanding the life God wants for them.
Our Y-ministry holds weekly devotionals bringing together students from high schools across the Bay Area for Bible discussions and fun activities. With a heart to serve, discover God for themselves, and share their lives with friends at school, our Y-ministry is raising up young leaders.
Helping middle schoolers and teens grow in faith and friendships.
Bay Area Christian Church helps teenagers develop their character and learn how God fits into everyday life through study groups, devotionals, camps, and events.
Starting high school was scary enough, but having welcoming people through church helped me find stability in that transitional period of my life.
