Doing good in the Bay Area and beyond.
Help us change lives by getting involved or making a donation.
“Then Jesus went around doing good.”
Jesus was known for doing good, and we believe we should follow his inspiring example by doing good for people around us too. The Bay Area is a place of innovation, and our members regularly create new projects and initiatives to serve the community together.
Our campuses hosted trunk-or-treat events for the community with inclusive features for individuals with sensory sensitivities. The events caught the attention of Fox 2 (KTVU), which highlighted them in multiple segments throughout the weekend.
Celebrating 10 years of partnership, USF basketball and E-Hoops bring inclusive, impactful basketball clinics to life for kids of all abilities.
Heartening stories of the ways your contributions are already helping people in need in Ukraine.

E-Life builds inclusion into our community.
E-Sports and E-Life are free programs that specialize in inclusion, partnering kids with typical and special needs alongside each other in various capacities.
E-Life and E-Sports comprise multiple Bay Area community service programs that specialize in inclusion, where kids with typical and special needs participate alongside each other in various capacities. E-Soccer started in the year 2000 and expanded over 24 years to E-Sports with six different sports as well as a larger umbrella of E-Life programs (i.e., photography, theater). Because of the Doing Good Fundraiser, all E-Sports programs are offered free of charge to the community.
Over the years these programs have grown into the fabric of communities across the Bay Area with Doing Good donations supporting facilities and equipment needs for the growing number of locations around the Bay. Additionally, Doing Good donations helped support the following incredible 2023 E-Sports events with the Golden State Warriors, Cal Golden Bears Football Team, and University of San Francisco:
- E-Hoops Warriors “Play Where the Pros Play” event @ Chase Center
- E-Hoops program sessions @ USF War Memorial Gym
- Cal Golden Buddies Inclusive Football Clinic
Hope Technology School makes learning inclusive.
The Hope Technology School is a community partner that provides inclusive education as a non-religious accredited institution.
We have been proud community partners of Hope Technology School (HTS) for more than twenty years. HTS is a full-inclusion school that has been providing unparalleled education for all students for more than two decades. The award-winning and internationally recognized HTS educational model ensures that all children learn and thrive together with the goal of empowering students to become contributors to a better society.
The Doing Good Fundraiser has played a pivotal role in supporting the growth and expansion of the school. Since its inception, Hope Technology School has grown from a single classroom pilot program of five students to a fully licensed and accredited preschool through 12th-grade institution that has served more than 2,000 students. They have expanded their programs to include a high school, vocational education, and various on-site therapy services.
Our benevolence fund helps people in times of crisis.
We work to provide aid for those in our communities facing catastrophic life situations, assisting with basic needs like shelter, food, or medical assistance.
Our benevolence fund aids members in unexpected, short-term life crises by assisting with basic needs like shelter, food, or medical assistance. Throughout the year, we take care of families in need due to unexpected job loss, health crises, and other challenging life circumstances.
We also provide additional support annually for members in need during the holiday season. In 2023, we were able to support more than 50 families with the grocery and household items they needed for the holiday season.
Our Doing Good efforts provide relief locally and globally.
We want to support those who are facing adversity at home or abroad.
Through our Doing Good giving, our church funds relief and support for catastrophic events, grassroots projects that benefit the community, and needs abroad. In past years, we have provided relief locally and abroad in the form of gift cards, emergency supplies, meals, essential items, and monetary donations to meet immediate needs. In the last two years, we gave relief to victims of the Maui fires in 2023, and we partnered with the Ukraine Relief Network and European Missions Society to provide for the immediate needs of displaced people in Ukraine in 2022.
