Don’t worry and say, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’ The people who don’t know God keep trying to get these things, and your Father in heaven knows you need them. Seek first God’s kingdom and what God wants. Then all your other needs will be met as well. So don’t worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will have its own worries. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:31-34 NCV
Without God, our worries consume our hearts and minds. God can help us turn our worries into faith when we change our perspective, believe that God is moving in our lives, and decide to do what God wants with our lives.
What worries are you stealing your attention from God?
Make a list of worries you have and your specific fear of what will happen with each. Then rewrite a list of faith about what you believe God can do in each situation and the lessons He wants to teach you as well.
